\- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up\. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival\.

\- Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood\.

\- Trucks with 4WD are strongly recommended at all times\. It will be necessary in snowy or icy conditions\. 

\- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty\.

\- No RV or Trailer parking\.
