## Description
A treasure tucked between Seacrest and Rosemary Beach, Tranquility at A La Paix is a private 3\-bedroom, 3\.5\-bathroom condo in a gated community of just 4 townhomes\. Enjoy a calm oasis away from the hustle and bustle but easy access to the pool and beach tram service\. 

The main living area is on the 2nd Floor and built for family fun, with a stunning yet comfortable seating area next to fantastic chef's kitchen\. The huge island acts as the hub of the home and makes a great spot to gather\.  This kitchen is fully equipped, and the chef in your group will not be disappointed\.

Each of the 3 bedrooms is on the 3rd floor of the home \(up 20 steps from the main 2nd floor\)\. The first floor of this home includes your garage access/parking plus the laundry area and an outdoor shower\.  

3rd Floor Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV\. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo\.
Bedroom 2: Twin\-over\-twin bunk beds plus twin day bed with twin trundle\. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo\.

Beach Access:
Enjoy FREE tram service from March \- October to \(and from\!\) your beach access across 30A at Sunset Beach\. It runs 7 days a week, starting at 9 AM with the last pickup from the beach at 5:30 PM\.

This property is just steps to the 2 pools in the Villages of South Walton condo complex, which is adjacent to Tranquility at A La Paix, and our guests have access to these neighboring amenities\. 

Your stay at Tranquility at A La Paix comes with Xplorie’s best activities\! one ticket per day, per activity\! \(over $800 in nightly value\) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise\. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion\. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom\.
