This modern two\-story cabin is nestled in the desirable Big Bear City area close to National Forest hiking trails and the National Forest\. A short drive to the lake, The Village, the slopes, Alpine Zoo, and more\. Enjoy the serene mountain environment on this beautiful property\. 

LIVING SPACE \- Spacious 1000\+ sq ft home with a living room, TV, dining table, beautiful wood/gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\. 

ROOMS & BEDS \- 2 bedroom, loft, 2 baths\. Downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and bathroom\. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed\. Upstairs third bedroom has a twin bed with trundle and balcony\.

KITCHEN \- Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\.

AMENITIES \- Smart TV's, streaming apps along with fast WIFI\. Relax near the cozy wood/gas fireplace while you play board games and card games\. Laundry area with side\-by\-side washer/dryer\.

OUTDOORS \- Forest views from the balcony\.

PARKING \- 3 car driveway

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund\.
