Wonderful Treetop home on the walking path and just steps from The Village of Snowshoe\. This welcoming 2\-story townhome features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a kitchen/dining, mudroom, washer/dryer, living room, master bedroom balcony, a walk\-off deck that exits the living room, and more\. Treetop is an easy 4 \- 5 minute walk to the top of the Ballhooter Lift, the Village area, and Split Rock pools\. There is a new COVERED shuttle stop \(Spring 2023\) by the entrance to Treetop across from Wildcat Provisions\.

The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and camp\-style bed \(sleeps 3\), large flat\-screen TV, and walk\-out access to the upper deck\. The second bedroom has two sets of bunks\. One set has a twin on the bottom and twin on the top\. The 2nd bunk has a full\-size mattress on the bottom and twin on the top\. This room sleeps 5\. At the top of the stairs there is a shared hall bathroom and another camp\-style bed \- perfect for the teenager in your group\! 

The living area is the perfect place to relax and warm\-up after a fun day on the slopes or trails\. Hang out by the fire, watch a movie and enjoy time away from it all with your friends or family\. There is a cabinet in the living room full of games, books and toys, too\! Another full sized bathroom is conveniently located between the kitchen and living room\. Meal prep will be a cinch in the eat\-in, fully equipped kitchen featuring full sized appliances, Crock Pot, 10 \- 12 cup Mr\. Coffee, double toaster, blender and tons of cookware\!

Great location, parking included for 2 spots, basketball area, bike wash, fire\-pit with camping \(charcoal only\) grills and picnic tables to enjoy the wonderful nights\. 

Close to the slopes, the pool, and the village\. EZ parking \(2 slots\), Wi\-Fi and cable TV\. KILLER LOCATION\!\!
