Welcome to Tropical Dream

This four bedroom and  2 bathroom villa situated in the highly desirable SW Cape offers great luxury and amenities\. The home is centrally located to shops and restaurants\. Enjoy the perfect set up for Florida living\!
This location offers a quick drive to all essential locations in Cape Coral\. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty\-five minutes to Florida International Airport\.
Tropical Dream features fresh and updated décor; the four bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with two king\-size bedrooms and two queen\-size bedrooms\.
The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this beautifully set up\.
The main bedroom along with its updated en\-suite bathroom is located on the right side of the home with a luxurious bath with dual vanities, soaking tub and a walk through shower\. Next to it is a queen bedroom and the left side of the home features two more bedrooms\. The home has a living room and a family room with plenty of TVs for the entire family\. Formal dining and living areas flow to the centrally placed kitchen which is the center of the home with beautiful views of the pool\. Family and guests will enjoy the high\-quality furnishings in the 4 bedrooms villa\. The home has tropical plantation shutters throughout\. 
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long\-term stays are permitted\.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation paradise\.   
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai\.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience\.
