Melvin Village \- 5 bedroom, 3 full bath newly renovated home\. Amenities include: minutes to the town beach, huge yard, grill, stainless steel kitchen, coffee bar with Nespresso machine & Keurig Duo, arcade machines, foosball, and board games\.  \(Skeeball down waiting for repair\)

The property comfortably sleeps 16 people\. The kitchen has spices and all the basics for family cooking including air fryer\. We provide 4 kayaks for guests to use during their stay\. The yard space is huge\. We provide ladder ball and corn hole boards\.  There is also a hammock to enjoy the outdoors in\.
