The Space:

Access:
You will check in at the reception desk where you will be provided with the access to your penthouse which is located upstairs on the second floor of the building\.

There is always available parking space available just in front of the building of MADARA\.

Neighborhood:
MADARA is situated in a new and up\-and\-coming part of town, La Veleta, with an excellent location to get everywhere easily, either by walking, by bike \(we have two bikes exclusively for our guests\), or by car or taxi\. Just a few steps away you can find corner shops, restaurants, cafes, different shops, gyms\.\. You can reach the city centre by car or bike in 5 minutes, big grocery stores in 10\-20 minutes and the beach in 20 minutes\.

Transit:
We offer on\-site\-parking right in front of the building\. In Tulum, everyone gets around by walking, by bike, by car or taxi\.

Additional Notes:
We offer two bicycles for your use during your stay\.

During the sargassum season in Tulum \(May\-August\), we want to offer you a special option so you can continue enjoying your stay to the fullest\. As a courtesy, you will have free access to the pool and bar at our sister property, Sak Tuunich, available from 10:00 a\.m\. to 6:00 p\.m\. during your stay\.
