This well\-maintained home truly has it all—easy beach access for sun\-filled days, a floating dock for boaters, a private pool, and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for the chef in your group\. Multiple outdoor living spaces and beautiful water views create an inviting setting for relaxation and connection\.Designed for both entertaining and unwinding, Turtle Cove features five porches furnished with swings, rockers, and comfortable seating, along with two dining areas and plenty of room for family and friends to gather\. The primary bedroom includes a cozy sitting area with a full\-size sleeper sofa \(sheets not provided for the sleeper\) and a spacious en\-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub\. The downstairs sitting room/office has been converted into a fourth bedroom, offering added flexibility for families or groups, and each bedroom is equipped with a TV for extra comfort\.Enjoy peaceful views of the undeveloped tidal marsh from the front porch or relax with canal breezes on the screened downstairs porch\. High\-speed internet is provided to keep you connected throughout your stay\.Please note that the owner reserves the right to access the boat dock and lift, and the boat lift is not available for guest use\.Beach access is located between 883 & 885 OBW\.For weekly rentals, bed linens are provided for beds in the bedrooms only\. Towels are not provided but may be rented through Property Manager\.Turtle Cove is ready to welcome you for a relaxing and memorable canal\-front escape\.
