HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to “Turtles Up\!” This beautiful 5 bedroom home is located just a short walk away from Surfside Beach\. Turtles Up has an open kitchen, living, and dining area perfect for family gatherings\. The kitchen features a full breakfast bar providing additional seating for 4\. The kitchen is fully equipped with all large and small appliances, cookware, and dinnerware needed to prepare and serve meals\. The first floor features a large living area with hardwood floors, beautiful coastal décor, and a large flat\-screen TV\. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor with all\-new flooring, a king bed, and a private bathroom with a double sink\. The second floor has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a laundry room\. Two of the bedrooms upstairs feature two full beds in each room sharing a bathroom and a third bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom\. An additional master bedroom is also on the second floor featuring a king bed and a private bathroom with a double sink\. Enjoy a covered balcony on each floor on the front of the house as well as a covered balcony off of the downstairs master bedroom overlooking the private fenced\-in pool\. Additional seating around the updated pool area with an outdoor TV and new enclosed outdoor shower\. Seasonal pool heat and pool cooling are available for an additional fee\. Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet\-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced\.

Including resort\-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread\-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home \(including sofa beds\)\. In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps\. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge\.
