Some of us just can't handle or don't like stairs anymore\.  This coveted and hard to find rancher plan has all 4 bedrooms, living areas and game room on one level\.  No stairs in this cabin\!

Elaborate game room with pool table, air hockey and multi\-cade loaded with classic arcade games, pinball machine\.  Relax in the great room around the fireplace or outside under the covered porch with grill, dining area, rockers and 101 degree hot tub\.

Amazing Arts and Crafts community location \- right in the middle of the lop of 100\+ artisans and shops\.  8 minutes to Greenbrier entrance to the National Park and 12 minutes to Dollywood one way and 12 minutes to Gatlinburg the other\.  Quiet yet convenient\!

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience\.  All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents\.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit\.  The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions\.   Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin\.  

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters\.  We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included \- guests should bring these items\.
