## Description
This newly renovated single family home offers the a huge yard surrounded by woods yet it is close to everything\.  With four bedrooms and two full bathrooms it is perfect for groups and families and accommodates up to nine adults or eleven total guests\. 

Just a ten minute drive to downtown Wolfeboro\.  Under a mile to 19 Mile Bay public Beach, boat launch, and dock\. The home offers a huge deck with seating and a gas grill, huge yard, and off street parking\.  It has a game room, large living room with electric fireplace, and a family gathering room with two sliders\.  The home features a classic arcade cocktail table and a shuffle board table\.  

We provide all linens, paper goods, and kitchen basics for cooking including air fryer\.

This is a Pet Friendly property\. There is a cleaning fee of $50 per pet and only registered furry guests are allowed\. We can provide a dog crate and other things for pets upon request\.
