Located in downtown Moab, La Dolce Vita Villas are equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, two spacious bedroom areas with climbing wall and fireman's pole, two luxury bathrooms, private patio and outdoor dining space with a propane BBQ grill\. The property has ample parking for multiple vehicles, trailers, SXS's, jeeps & other adventure vehicles\. Enjoy convenient bike/gear storage on property and cleaning stations to prep for your next adventure\.

Guests are advised that the equipment and features are NOT REGULARLY INSPECTED and could fail at any time, ropes may slip and/or break, harnesses could slip or break and you may fall from significant heights, resulting in broken bones, other injuries or death\. By voluntarily choosing to use these features and equipment, guests certify that they understand there are dangers and risks associated with using these features and that RISKS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Use of equipment, equipment failure, improper use of equipment by guests \(including minors\), slipping, falling from significant heights, becoming tangled in a rope, collisions with others, collisions with hard surfaces and furniture, failure of wall features, failure of fireman pole or ladder, impact with ceiling fan or other bedroom furniture\.
