## Description
WELCOME to Beach Happy\! A Gulf Crest Condominium\. Located on the  East end of PCB\.  Our building is perfectly located and well\-maintained\.  It's recently renovated and very clean\. The staff is helpful and friendly and will make you feel right at home\. The building has 2 pools, \(1 is heated\) and 2 hot tubs\.
This 1388 square\-foot oceanfront unit offers an open floor plan\.
Comfortable, functional and beautifully decorated inside and out\.
A large fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig and all other appliances just like home\. As well as smart TV's and wireless internet\.
Our two bedroom accommodations include a master bedroom with a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bedand built\-in twin bunk beds plus a sleeper sofa in the living area\. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, large walk in closet, double vanity and walk\-in shower\. The guest room has its own private bathroom\.
Unit includes  beach set\-up with umbrella \(Mar\.\-Oct\.\) as well as additional beach chairs & toys in the unit\.
Enjoy breathtaking views from the spacious 360 square\-foot balcony\.
