Great view of the beach from the living area and 2nd bedroom; also from your 2nd floor balcony which is accessed from the living room or bedroom\.  Ideal for all ages\.  2 bedrooms with queen beds\.  Queen futon sofa in living room\.  Dogs are welcome \(limit of 2\) and extra charge $25 per pet per stay will be assessed\.  You must bring vaccine records to show to condo reception at check in\.\)  

Condo charges \- parking for entire stay\.  $35\.00 \+ TAX \($27\.06\)\.  Monthly parking fee is a little more\.  Condo also charges $10\.00 per dog per stay\.  Must bring dog vaccine record \(city requirement\)

Transfer from the city trolley bus to the old time trolley at the Pleasure Pier\.  The old time trolley goes to the downtown area \(Strand\)
