## Description
The large five\-bedroom beach house offers spectacular amenities and secluded beaches on both the bay and gulf sides of the island\. The house sits on the bayside, with an expansive pool deck that overlooks the bay\. Catch beautiful sunsets too from this ideal location\.  The gulf beach is right across the street, a mere two\-minute walk\.  

The home has an open floor plan providing views of the bay and gulf\. The home was completed in 2023 and is generously furnished\. The gulf front suites both have adjustable beds that allow you to incline your head or raise your feet, so you can also have the rest you need to recharge for vacation and life\.

Kayaks are provided at no extra charge\. The home also includes an electric car charging station\.

Pool Heating Note: Pool temperature can vary during cooler months, as the system relies on outdoor air temperatures\. In colder conditions \(around 50\~F\), heating may be less effective or temporarily unavailable \(45\~F and below\), and it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature when weather allows\.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully\-outfitted kitchen\. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;\)\.  A great beach vacation is waiting on you\!

Please note the following:
1\. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay\.
2\. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time\.
3\. All of our Homes are Non\-Smoking\.
4\. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance\.
5\. This property does not allow weddings or parties\.
6\. Check\-in time is 3 pm, and check\-out time is 10 am\.
7\. Start dishes and linens before departure\.
8\. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night\.
9\. This home is NOT pet\-friendly\.
