Construction: There is currently construction taking place across the lake from the property\. While not on\-site, you may occasionally notice activity or intermittent daytime noise\.
Parking Restrictions: Per resort regulations, trucks, commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, jet skis, and similar recreational vehicles are not permitted on the property\.
Resort Amenities: The home is located within a resort community with shared amenities \(pool, fitness center, elevators, etc\.\)\. These are managed by the HOA and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or repairs\.
General: While we strive to provide a seamless experience, circumstances outside of our control \(such as the above\) do not qualify for refunds\.
Pets & Service Animals: This is a strictly pet\-free home due to severe allergy concerns\. Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies\.
