Neighborhood: Champions Gate Resort is a relatively new community in the centre of Davenport, Florida\. It is a large development encompassed by 36 holes of championship level golf course\. But, if golf isn’t your thing, there is a day spa where you can relax, enjoy a massage, or indulge in a pedicure\. The resort has an enormous water complex with a large resort\-style pool with a two storey water slide, and a relaxing lazy river\! In addition, there is a quiet zone, lane swim pool, a separate zero\-entry children’s splash zone, a jacuzzi hot tub, and a poolside tiki bar\. There are also sun loungers and poolside cabanas with food and drink service\. Inside the state\-of\-the\-art clubhouse, there is a fully\-equipped fitness center with an aerobics studio\.
