\* NO FOOD and Drinks inside the tent, to prevent attracting some unexpected guests like mouse or wild animals\. If you have left over food, please put in the ice box provided\.
\* Yes, the property might look like a house/RV, but it’s a tent with soft shell\! So, we appreciate your cooperation with the following house rules\.
\* Internet speed is fast, but if you are experiencing a low signal, please check whether it is plug\-in the Google Nest Wi\-fi Router on the nightstand\. Feel free to contact us if you need support\. 
\* Guests will need to park on the street, but please be sure to read the parking signs for restricted days/hours—street sweeping days\. Street parking is plentiful\. 
\* Please respect our neighbors and the neighborhood\. There are neighbors on both sides of the property\. Loud talking or music during our quiet time hours \(10pm \- 8am\) is not allowed\.
