Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and 3 cable TVs\. TV in the living area offers Roku and Apple TV and lower bedroom offers Roku, both set up for guests to utilize with their own accounts\.  Washer and dryer\.

The exterior offers a screened porch, hot/cold outdoor shower, charcoal grill and fish cleaning bench\.
