The main floor features a spacious living room that serves as the centerpiece, characterized by its vaulted ceilings and abundance of comfortable sofas perfect for enjoying the gas fireplace and large screen TV\.  The private deck on the second story offers a delightful view of Vasquez Creek and the surrounding forest, with convenient access to the outdoor fire pit\.  Adjacent to the living room is the stunning kitchen, designed to facilitate interaction between cook and the rest of the group during meal preparation\. The second level of the unit features one bedroom equipped with a King\-sized bed, complete with a full en\-suite bathroom and a sitting area\.  Additionally, the second bedroom includes Captain’s bunk and provides access to the bathroom located in the hallway\.
The lower level features a generously sized second living room equipped with a TV, a complete bathroom, and a Queen/Queen bunk bed, along with a washer and dryer\.  Access to this level of the townhome is available through the back door\.
The uppermost level of the townhome \(one level up from the main floor\) features a primary suite that includes a King\-sized bed, a sitting area furnished with a loveseat sofa sleeper, a flat screen TV, a complete bathroom and a private deck\.
Additional features comprise a mudroom, washer and dryer, outdoor parking accommodating up to two vehicles with designated spaces, and an outdoor fire pit\. 
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them\.
