Finally, enjoy snacks and games on the 8 Ball Themed Bar Top Table with 4 Chairs\. Private Pool\. Access to the South East facing pool, lanai, and games room can be found through the laundry area, kitchen breakfast nook, sliding glass doors in the living room and also from the Master Bedroom\. Relax in the outdoor private swimming pool\! Enjoy al fresco dining on the patio that seats 6 as well as the loungers\. There is a pool bathroom outside for your convenience too\! Finally, this home is equipped with a Child Safety Fence around the pool\. The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra\. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days \($200 plus tax\) and the cost for heat is $40 for each night plus tax\. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40\.
