Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request\.\- This home allows pets for a fee\. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet\.\- There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area for extra sleeping arrangements\.\- Bathtub jacuzzi jets in the downstairs tub are not functional\.\- The dryer and dishwasher are located in the garage\.\- The reservation holder must be at least 25 and must be present for the entire stay\.Parking Details:1 car garage suitable for only one small to medium\-sized car\.\-\-\-The room configuration is as follows:Primary Bedroom / King bedBedroom 2 / Queen bed\-\-\-This is a smoke\-free property\.
