## Description
This quaint studio sleeps 2 however can sleep up to 4 people\. It offers all the amenities of home while being in proximity to the beach and all your local shopping needs\. Indoor/outdoor living is what this property is known for, with a large covered cabana and bbq in the over\-sized private backyard to sit outside and socialize\. 
Inside the unit you have a small kitchen, a luxurious master bath with his and her sinks, large Jacuzzi tub, and a large walk\-in shower with multiple heads\. There's a comfortable king size bed for a restful night's sleep along with a queen size sleeper sofa\. The fixed rate is based on occupancy of 2 people however, the unit can sleep up to 4 people but there would be an extra cost\. \(please make your request to the the property owner\)\. This space is also equipped with air\-conditioning and heating as well as a fireplace\.
No unpaid visitors/guests allowed on the property\.  
Dogs , cats and additional guests: Considered on a case by case basis for an additional fee\($35 per night\)\.
Parking: This home is located on a dead\-end street with free street parking up and down the street\. Private parking is available at a cost\.
 Parties are not allowed for various reasons which include but are not limited to: Small gatherings, loud music, loud voices/yelling, disturbing the neighbors and injury\. After 9PM, any and all interaction must be inside with all the outside doors\.Guest agrees not to bring in any outside speakers/subwoofers and will not crank up the music so it can be heard outside\.

Check\-in time is at 5pm and no later than 9pm\.  Check\-out time is at 10am\.  Unfortunately we cannot accommodate late check\-outs\.  One of our associates will meet you at the property for a required inspection upon check\-out
Smoking is allowed outside on patios and decks\.
