## Description
A pristine four\-bedroom villa, with 3518 square feet, located within Exclusive Island, a private community, on the renowned Ritz\-Carlton, Grand Cayman property\. You will find two bedrooms located on the first floor, each with a king bed, and two bedrooms upstairs with a king bed in the junior master suite, and 2 queen beds in the guest room\. This home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, ample dining and living space, as well as a private pool overlooking the canal\. Access to a golf\-cart is also included for ease of transportation throughout the resort\. This property overlooks the resort’s nine\-hole golf course and views of the mangrove\-lined lagoon\. With a spacious terrace and a small, private plunge pool, the four\-bedroom luxury villa offers plenty of expansive indoor and outdoor spaces to call your own\. A highlight of the property is the paved pool deck, perfect for entertaining\. The villa is a short golf cart ride to The Ritz\-Carlton, Grand Cayman resort amenities including the 20,000\-square\-foot spa and waterpark, Starfish Cay\.
