## Description
The house is modern but comfortably furnished\. It offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining area with a gorgeous patio overlooking the extra wide canal as well as a 3 car garage\.

The large living area is equipped with a 65 "TV\. The oversized, open kitchen with new appliances and all necessary kitchen utensils invites you to cook and indulge\.In the mood for a BBQ? No problem \- A new 5\-burner gas grill with cutlery is available also\. Master bedroom and twin bedded room are equipped with their own flat screen TVs and the den offers a pull out couch that converts to a queen size bed\. The pool bath offers a tub and the master bathroom invites with a spacious walk\-in shower\. 

High\-speed Wi\-Fi, washing machine, dryer, iron, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and bed linens are just some of the many amenities that are available to make your vacation even more enjoyable\.

The outside patio, with it's stunning views of the canal, invites with a seating area for 6 people and 4 comfortable lounge as well as an outdoor TV offering an array of English & German channels\.

The large heated pool offers enough space to cool down on a hot day\. It has whirlpool jets and a sun shelf where your toddlers can splash under supervision\. Coming home from an adventurous fishing trip? You can rinse off under the outdoor shower\. All exits to the back patio and to the pool are secured with the latest technology for children by an alarm system\.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically\. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property\.  Access to the home will be restricted if requirements are not completed\. 

This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0\.22 per KWh plus tax\. Please note it when making your reservation\.  

This property is pet\-friendly\. There is a separate pet fee that will be charged in addition to the accommodation costs after placing your reservation\. A pet addendum has to be signed\.
