This home is perfect for guests who love exploring the waterways and area\. All you can think of is just a short ride away\! Water adventures, shopping, restaurants, sandy beaches, nightlife fun, trail parks, and so much more\.     

You’ll feel right at home when you enter the house\. This fully remodeled Villa features an open\-concept living and dining area with plenty of seating along with an impressive 85\-inch smart TV in the living room\. The kitchen has a large island and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal for you and your family\. 

The master bedroom features a comfortable king\-size bed, a 65 ich smart TV, and a mini split AC unit for those who want to set the temp at night just the way they have it at home\. The additional two bedrooms are equipped with a comfortable mattress for a good night’s sleep and a TV to watch your favorite TV shows\. For those traveling with small children or planning to go to the beach, we provide some infant and beach equipment\.

Step outside to find yourself mesmerized by stunning water views, beautiful sunsets, and a wide variety of wildlife\. Spend a cozy night gathered by the firepit roasting marshmallows and having fun with the whole family\. For those who want to sit back and relax, you’ll love having your coffee/tea outside while spotting the dolphins and manatees\. Spend your vacation relaxing in a spacious waterfront home and enjoy the beautiful sunsets \. 

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically\. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property\.  Access to the home will be restricted if requirements are not completed\. 

This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0\.22 per KWh plus tax\. Please note it when making your reservation\.  

Please note that the garage is being used by the owner and you won't have access to it\. 

The boat lift is used by the owner and not available to the guests\. The boat dock can be used to tie a boat\. 

There are security cameras at the front and on the sides of the house\. Wood won't be provided for the fire pit\.
