This one\-bedroom condo in the Country Club is the perfect little escape\! The condo is about 620 sq ft\. Has a queen bed in the private bedroom\. Includes full kitchen & dining area, WiFi, washer/dryer & private deck off the living room\. This unit is pet friendly\. 

This is a unit on the ground floor below another unit occupied by tenants\. 

Close to downtown Flagstaff, NAU, skiing, golf, hiking, biking, shopping, dining\.The condo is ideally situated near I\-40 and 17 with easy access to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Sunset Crater, Walnut Canyon, Petrified Forest\.

 Please note, there is a half flight of stairs heading down into the condo

For stays of 7 days or longer, this condo is part of the Continental Country Club that offers golf, tennis, pool access, fitness center and the Bear Paw Recreational Center\. Country Club amenities are available at an additional cost for stays of 7 days or longer\. 
This home allows 1 dog\. Dogs must never be left in the home unattended unless crated\. If bringing a dog, please indicate it when making your reservation and the pet fee will be included in the booking\.

Pet fees for bookings over 30 days are not automatically added\. A reduced fee will be added after the booking is confirmed\. Absolutely no smoking on premises\. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge\.
