Terra Cotta Terrace is a relaxing private neighborhood\. This Mediterranean\-inspired beach community is home to a handful of beautiful homes\. Amenities include a community pool and tennis courts\. The brand new Sandos Coffee shop is only a short walk\!The 3rd floor has a spacious primary bedroom with king bed, sleeper sofa, and large bathroom with garden tub\. The other room on the 3rd floor has a king bed and a full bath in the hall\. On the second floor, you will find the kitchen, living/dining rooms, and another room with king bed and a guest bath in the hallway\. On the first floor, there is a bunk room with 3 twin bunks and another bedroom with 2 bunks, twin on top and two full size beds on the bottom, a small kitchenette complete with small fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave, and a bathroom with a shower, and two separate vanities\. The laundry room with washer and dryer is located on the 1st floor\.The finely appointed kitchen has a new stove, large refrigerator, and a Keurig one cup and drip coffee maker, plenty of pantry space, and a propane grill on the adjoining balcony\.  Adjacent to the kitchen is an open dining room and living area allowing for optimal comfort and plenty of gathering space\.
