This mountain modern, Platinum townhome includes a gas fireplace, cathedral ceilings and iPod dock, a chef’s kitchen with professional\-series appliances, three guest suites, each with an attached bathroom, two with king size beds, the third with queen bed\. Additional features include a fourth bedroom with a queen\-over\-queen bunk bed and a sleeper sofa, custom lighting and décor, laundry room, one indoor parking space and access to ski lockers/boot warmer\. This residence is ski\-in/ski\-out through the building's common area, however, ski access to the Elkhorn lift is subject to snow conditions\.
 
Guests will appreciate views of the pool and courtyard from the deck and the convenience of staying in the heart of Beaver Creek Village, with ski\-in access from Strawberry Park and ski\-out via the skiway to Elkhorn Lift\. An outdoor, heated pool, hot tubs, a fitness center and theater with 3D TV and surround sound are also available\. A continental breakfast is offered during winter months when the mountain is open\. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning and stairs are required to access this unit\.
