This exquisite Platinum townhome nicely accommodates big groups and families \(sleeps 13\), offering a gas fireplace and cathedral ceilings in the great room, a chef’s kitchen outfitted with premium appliances, and three guest suites, each with an attached, lavish bathroom; the first with a king\-size bed, the second with a queen bed, and please note that the third has two double\-over\-double bunk beds with twin trundles, sleeping 6\. Additional features include a fourth bedroom with a queen\-size bed, a full office with a twin sleeper sofa, central air conditioning, designer lighting and furnishings, ceiling fans, a laundry room, one indoor parking space, and access to ski lockers/boot warmer\. This residence is ski\-in/ski\-out through the building's common area, and ski access to the Elkhorn lift is subject to snow conditions\.
 
Guests will appreciate views of the pool and courtyard from the deck \(with gas BBQ\), and the convenience of staying in the heart of Beaver Creek Village, with ski\-in access from Strawberry Park and ski\-out via the skiway to Elkhorn Lift\.
