## Description
As soon as you enter the property you will notice the beautiful interior design and the ultimate mix of contrast between the interior light features and the natural sunlight\. The inviting backyard features a tropical saltwater pool where you can enjoy your favorite summer cocktail to cool down\.  Ideal for poolside relaxing, romantic gateways, exploring the nearby island of Matlacha, and peace lovers\.

The open\-style kitchen features a center island with some bar stools to enjoy some snacks\. It also features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a pantry, and lots of cabinets\. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare some delicious meals during your stay\.

The inviting backyard features a tropical saltwater pool where you can enjoy your favorite summer cocktail to cool down\. It also features a BBQ where you can prepare your favorite dinner, a dining table where you can enjoy a quiet family meal, and some loungers to sunbathe after swimming in the pool or to contemplate the native plants and wildlife outside the screen cage\. 

The master suite offers a comfortable king\-size bed to enjoy a restful night's sleep and a TV to enjoy your favorite TV shows, as well as direct access to the pool area to ensure privacy between the master and guest suite\. The master bath features an elegant large shower, a separate toilet room, and two separate vanities with beautiful countertops and plenty of cabinets\.

The second bedroom features a Queen\-size bedroom, direct access and view to the pool area, and an en\-suite half bathroom with access to the pool area\. Each bedroom is equipped with a good quality mattress\. The third bedroom is equipped with two twin\-size beds\.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically\. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property\.  Access to the home will be restricted if requirements are not completed\. 

This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0\.22 per KWh plus tax\. Please note it when making your reservation\.
