With an upgraded Hot Tub \(in May 2020\) you can enjoy your stay even more\. Use the remote control to heat just the spa or the entire pool\. Turn the jets on or off, turn the heater into spa or pool mode, and start the circulation pump – everything on a single, easy\-to\-use Wi\-Fi control\. 

Many international and specialty restaurants in almost within walking distance\. Enjoy waterfront dining at Cape Harbour, Tarpon Point, or in the Boathouse at the Cape Coral Yacht Club with his beautiful little beach\. 

With almost 2,000 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spa, and a heated pool, the house offers everything you need for a perfect stay\. The fully equipped kitchen is inviting for those who like to cook or just to enjoy breakfast together sitting at the large kitchen counter\. With the huge sliding door, the living room and dining area feel like a part of the terrace\. You can open the sliding doors all the way to cherish Florida's outdoor living\. 

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically\. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property\.  Access to the home will be restricted if requirements are not completed\. 

This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0\.22 per KWh plus tax\. Please note it when making your reservation\.
