## Description
Villa Tropical Paradise offers an open\-concept living area and nicely appointed furnishings\. The dining table has cozy seating for up to six people and there are two bar stools in the kitchen for plenty of seating\. The sliding doors in the dining room open onto the tropical backyard, allowing you to enjoy the view while having your indoor dinner\. The kitchen is well\-equipped with everything needed to make home\-cooked meals\. The living room features a TV and comfortable furniture to make your stay more enjoyable\. Some of the appliances were replaced in March 2023\. 

The inviting backyard allows you to experience Florida as a local would\. Here you will find a fabulous heated pool where you can spend the day with your family admiring unforgettable sunrises and sunsets\. Start your day drinking your morning coffee outside on the comfortable cushioned sofa set\. Relax or sunbathe on the loungers after swimming in the large saltwater pool\. After a fun day, you can cook your favorite dinner on the gas grill and enjoy it with your family on the patio dining table\. 

Each bedroom is equipped with a good\-quality mattress\. The master suite features a comfortable king bed to enjoy a restful night's sleep\. The master bath features a shower and two walk\-in closets\. The other three bedrooms are equipped with a queen\-size bed\. The second bathroom offers access to the pool area to freshen up after swimming in the pool\. 

The home is located in the southwest of Cape Coral where you can find great amenities within a short distance\. Experience a day at the tiny island of Matlacha, where you will find many one\-of\-a\-kind colorful charm homes, waterfront restaurants, bars, galleries and gift shops, a fishing pier, and much more\. If you are a nature lover consider going to the waterfront Sirenia Vista Park which is a great place to fish, launch your kayak, or just walk along the trail and see manatees and other wildlife\. Within 10 minutes of the property, you will find many restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and much more to visit during your stay\. 

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically\. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property\.  Access to the home will be restricted if requirements are not completed\. 

This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0\.22 per KWh plus tax\. Please note it when making your reservation\.
