Welcome to The Village of Loon Mountain\! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit is spread out over 3 levels with plenty of room for 1 or 2 families\. Directly across the street from Loon \(with slope views from your private balcony\) you'll be in an unbeatable location to enjoy your trip to the White Mountains\. You'll have access to on\-site indoor/outdoor pools, jacuzzi, tennis courts and exercise facilities\. Come
enjoy some fresh mountain air\!

The condo is spacious and spread out over 3 levels\. The main level features a large mud room, an open concept living and dining room with full kitchen\. The upper level offers a master with a full bath, and a loft with a second living area\. The lower level has a bunk room, a queen room, a full bath and laundry room\. There is a private balcony off of the main level with slope views

you’ll have access to the entire condo and Village of Loon Mountain swim and tennis club

there are exterior stairs to get up to the unit\. This unit is not pet friendly, but owners dog does come along with them, so this should be a consideration for anyone with allergies
