This 2nd floor unit affectionately named Emerald Dunes, has been refreshed with plank flooring and modern coastal touches\. Every piece of furniture has been updated with unique and beautiful pieces that will make you feel right at home on your 30A beach vacation\.  

On top of all the amazing updates, you'll love the open\-concept living area and stunning pool views\.  Grab a cup of coffee from the modernized kitchen and walk out to your private balcony to take in the Florida sunshine\.  Head downstairs to swim a few laps in the seasonally heated pool … or simply grab a lounger and soak up the rays\.  Take a quick walk down the sidewalk and you'll enjoy the beach access from the Majestica Circle neighborhood\.  You can have your toes in the sand in no time at all\.

For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods\.
