## Description
Welcome to Kelley’s Island Venture Resort\!

Located on the largest island in Lake Erie, Kelleys Island is the perfect summer vacation destination\. The Venture Resort is the only resort hotel on the island and is located within walking distance to all of the downtown action and island transportation\. We offer modern amenities and beautifully appointed suites, each with their own private patio and incredible lake vies\!

Amenities

Each suite features mini kitchen appliances, flat\-screen TVs, and high\-speed internet access\. A large swimming pool with therapeutic seating areas and an outdoor hot tub sits in our beautifully landscaped courtyard\. Across the street, the resort offers a three\-tiered deck with seating to enjoy the views of Lake Erie, Marblehead Peninsula, and Cedar Point\.

Guest Room

The Glacier Suite is divided by the bathroom into a living room and sleeping area\. The sleeping area is furnished with a king size bed and the living area has a full sleep sofa for that extra guest or the kids\. The suite is equipped with all the amenities for an extended stay including a small refrigerator and microwave\.

Deposit and Cancelation Policy

50% of the total reservation value is due at the time of booking\. The remaining 50% is due before 30 days of arrival\. Reservations cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival are subject to a full refund, while reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are non\-refundable\.

Notes:

The pool and hot tub are open Memorial Day until September 28\. Please check the schedules for Jet Express and/or Kelley's Island Ferry to arrive on the island\. Boat schedules are subject to change based on seasonality and weather conditions\. Boat fares are not included with accommodation and must be purchased separately\. Kelleys Island Venture Resort has no affiliation with any island transportation venues\. 

Boat parking in our parking lot is available at no cost in the months of April, May, October, November and December\.
