You will receive a "boarding pass" upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more\! You can share this link with anyone in your party for access to the details\!

The fireplace is not for guest use, but we have plenty of other cozy spaces to gather and enjoy\.

The owners store their boat on the dock, but you are welcome to use the other side for boat docking if you bring your own watercraft\. The jet ski on the property also belongs to the owners and is not available for guest use\.

There is one security camera on the property pointing towards the driveway\.

We are very close to the water \- expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer\. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open\.
