After a busy day at the beach, take a refreshing dip in your own private pool, or a relaxing soak in the hot tub\. A screened porch and two levels of west\-facing decks overlook the backyard and lake\. There's plenty of outdoor seating, including a dining set, Polywood chairs and a porch swing\. Inside, the open\-concept great room offers an abundance of natural light and is large enough for everyone to gather\. A Smart TV, 5\.1 sound system and custom theater lighting make the living room the perfect place for movie night\. Ocean Escape is equipped with Smart Home technology, including voice activated TV's and lighting\.
