Relax and enjoy your vacation in our well furnished home overlooking the pond on the 13th hole of Nags Head Golf Links\. Spectacular views of the Sound and convenient to shopping and dining\.

Located in the Village at Nags Head with Village at Nags Head Beach Club amenities include community pool and pickleball court\. TVs, DVD player, screened porch, outside shower, grill\.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking at the Village Beach Club requires a pass, costing $25 per car per day\. Membership questions can be answered and passes obtained by checking in with Village Beach Club staff\.

No Smoking/Vaping\. Pet Friendly\. Parking for 3\-4 cars\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
