Tees & Tides is located in the Village at Nags Head, a beautiful golf course community\. This four\-bedroom home with golf course views and golf discounts has all the comforts you will need for a fun and relaxing vacation\. Enjoy the Village Beach Club where you have access to an oceanfront pool and tennis courts and end your day relaxing in your own private hot tub\.  The neighborhood is perfect for walking, biking, or running in\. You are close to grocery stores, many local restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities\.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking at the Village Beach Club requires a pass, costing $25 per car per day\. Membership questions can be answered and passes obtained by checking in with Village Beach Club staff\.

No Smoking/Vaping\. No Pets\. Ask about our Military discount\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
