The private lanai offers a relaxing space with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, indoor/outdoor living is seamless\. Wailea Ekahi no longer allows private grills but they offer a beautiful gas grilling area at the community Pavilion\.The spacious and inviting living area is a great place to gather after a day of enjoying all Maui has to offer\. Eat in\! Kitchen is fully equipped with all any home chef would need to whip up a quick bite or a gourmet meal\. The dining area allows seating for four\.At the end of a fun\-filled day drift off to sleep for the perfect night's rest, the primary bedroom offers a comfy large king bed, ceiling fan, and AC to keep cool any time of year\. The ensuite bath offers a spa feel with beautifully tiled shower and large vanity\.The guest bath is complete with shower\. Washer/Dryer allows for lighter packing\.Located in the heart of Wailea, this complex offers 4 different pools to enjoy, including a large beachfront pool and pavilion\! You also have direct beach access onto Keawakapu Beach, a beautiful beach that is perfect for beach walks and family beach days\! Head to the left to access the world\-famous Wailea Beach Path, or head to the right for sunset cocktails at the nearby restaurants\! It doesn't get much better than this\!New Fitness Center\.  The facility is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily\. Located just inside the Beach Pavilion, there are 3 pieces of cardio equipment, dumbbells ranging from 1\-50 lbs, and a few other accessories that provide a full body workout\. You must be 18 or over, sign a waiver of release, and no swim attire is permitted\. Close\-toed athletic shoes are required and ask that users dress appropriately\.Important notice 1/5/26: The Pavilion Pool at Ekahi is anticipated to undergo resurfacing sometime between August 16 and October 16, 2026\.
