This ground floor one bedroom two bath has a/c throughout\. It boasts a large open floor plan where the floor to ceiling sliders in the master bedroom and in the living area all open up onto the double\-wide ocean view lanai\. There are two dining areas to enjoy, inside as well and outside on the lanai\. The lanai has a view of the ocean\. Wailea Ekahi \#8\-B is in one of the best locations in the entire complex, just 60 steps to the newly remodeled oceanfront pool and pavilion, and steps to the world renown Keawakapu Beach\. The pavilion is a gorgeous space to gather with friends or just hang out\. Features include a modern open kitchen, community BBQ grills, fitness center, table seating both shaded and sunny, a book lending library, and showers with changing room for pool users\. This tropical paradise is set at the bottom of the green belt surrounded by 34 acres of Maui’s most beautiful flowers and palms\. You can see the sunset and hear the ocean right from the privacy of your own lanai\. Wailea Ekahi \#8\-B has two large spacious closets and two large bathroom vanity areas, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, Smart TVs in living area as well as in the bedroom, telephone service with free long distance calls to the continental US, and free Wifi\. There is a king bed and queen sofa bed, both with mattress toppers for added comfort\. The master bath has a walk\-in shower and the guest bathroom has a combination shower & tub\. For outdoor activities, Wailea Ekahi \#8\-B is supplied with 2 padded luxury chaise lounges, dining table and 4 padded chairs, beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler\. BBQ grills are not allowed on individual unit lanais to comply with fire code restrictions\. Wailea Ekahi features six community grilling stations around the property available to guests\.
