Wailea Ekolu \#105 is a luxury 2Bd/2Ba condo with scenic views of the ocean, mountains, and tropical garden\. The unit has tile floors, contemporary furnishings, three large flat\-screen TVs, king bed in master, two twins convertible to king in guest room, and queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress in the living\. The condo has split system air conditioning in all rooms, a washer & dryer, full bathrooms for each room, 4 bathrobes, and bathroom scales\. The full kitchen boasts a sleek design with hidden appliances \(fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal\), a built\-in high\-top dining table with four chairs, full\-size stove and oven, a Keurig coffee maker and a regular auto\-drip coffee maker, instant hot water, and all\-new dishes, glassware, utensils, and flatware\.
In the living room of Wailea Ekolu \#105 is a modular sofa, a large ottoman with storage, a large flat\-screen TV with DVR, Blu\-Ray and DVD, and a Sonos sound system with Pandora service\. On the patio you'll enjoy a beautiful ocean view \(where you can see Molokini and Kaho'olawe\!\), beautiful patio furniture to lounge on, and an outdoor dining table to enjoy sunset cocktails and dinners\. BBQ grills are not allowed on individual unit lanais in compliance with fire code restrictions\. Community grilling stations are available\. Also included are a telephone, answering machine, calls to the US mainland, Canada, Japan, India, and Mexico, wireless Internet, and a wireless printer\.  This unit sleeps 4\.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation\. 
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation\.

Wailea Ekolu has several lovely pool areas as well as a large pavilion area for larger groups\. There are also additional barbecue and picnic areas on the grounds with panoramic views of the ocean and the sunsets\. The beautiful Mokapu and Ulua Beaches are just a 10 minute stroll down the hill from Wailea Ekolu\. Wailea Ekolu is located on the Wailea Golf Course and is across the street from the Wailea Tennis Club making it the perfect destination for golfers and tennis enthusiasts\. It is a quick walk to The Shops at Wailea and the Wailea Promenade where you can walk along the beach for miles\. Whale watch, paddle board, body surf and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable\.
