## Description
Unit \#207 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor unit with a gorgeous ocean view\. It has central air conditioning throughout, a fully\-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 flat\-screen TVs, a DVD player, free wireless Internet, and telephone with long distance calling to the US mainland and Canada\. In the bedroom there is a California king bed, ceiling fan, medium flat\-screen TV, and full bathroom\. In the living room is a ceiling fan, large flat\-screen TV, and DVD player\. For outdoor activities, Wailea Elua \#207 is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and sand toys for children\. BBQ grills are not allowed on individual unit lanais in compliance with fire code restrictions\. Community grilling stations are available\. A $500 refundable security deposit is required for this unit\. 2 Additional occupants is available upon request for an additional $25/night per additional occupant, Sleeps 2\. 
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation\. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation\.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions\. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights\.

The Wailea Elua is the premier ocean front property in Wailea\. Situated right on Ulua Beach, it has one of the best locations in Wailea\. There are miles of spectacular walking paths that follow the ocean  In addition the property has two swimming pools with hot tubs\. It has an ocean front barbecue/ picnic area as well as an ocean view gym\. There is also a paddle tennis court for your enjoyment\.
