The owners have now decided to share this gem with visitors who are looking for a similar experience\. The home is situated on a spacious lot, surrounded by natural vegetation, and boasts all the necessary amenities for avid fishermen\. 

The beach at Indian Pass, which is perfect for shore fishing, is only a short walk away with access at the end of Higgins Street\. Visitors can also enjoy the Indian Pass boat launch and ferry access to St\. Vincent Island, which is only half a mile away\. Additionally, the Indian Pass Raw Bar, known for its ice\-cold raw oysters and beer, is a must\-visit spot for entertainment\. 

Wales Pod is a four\-bedroom beach house that is divided into two floors, with each floor having a living area, dining room, and kitchen\. The first two bedrooms are located on the ground floor along with a full bathroom, including a shower\. The second floor, which is accessed by an exterior set of stairs, features the main living room, dining area, and kitchen\. There are also two more bedrooms upstairs, along with a separate sitting/dressing area in each\. The living room leads to a screened deck with outdoor dining furniture and an open deck beyond it\. Visitors can enjoy the natural views from the main deck and admire the owner's work in the greenhouse\. For those who want even more outdoor space, another staircase leads to a rooftop deck with a distant view of the beach\.
