## Description
Our condo is just steps away from the best cocktail bars, restaurants, breweries and cafes\. Conveniently located between Vine St and Main St and close to the the street car, sports stadiums, music venues, wedding venues such as Old St Mary's, Woodward Theater, and Bell Event Center, Washington Park, Rhinegeist brewery and The Hard Rock Casino\. 

Our condo offers abundant room, a spacious kitchen, a full bathroom, and access to a washer and dryer shared with other condo owners in the property\.

This second\-floor walk\-up is a large 1\-bedroom condo with plenty of space for relaxing, doing yoga, or whatever it is that your heart desires\. You'll have central AC and heat, a spacious kitchen, a king bed, and a large\-screen TV\.

Our Airbnb is located in the vibrant entertainment district of the city, which means you'll have easy access to a wide range of restaurants, bars, and entertainment options right at your doorstep\.

However, we would like to kindly inform you that due to its central location, our property may experience some noise from the surrounding nightlife, particularly on weekends or during special events\. Additionally, our Airbnb is situated above a bar, so there may be some noise associated with that as well, however it is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays\. This has not been an on\-going issue for many of our guests, which can be seen in our many 5 star reviews, however we want to be as transparent as possible\!
