One block from the Silos and next to the famous "Shotgun House", this cute 3 bed/2 bath bungalow is the perfect spot for you and your family to explore the Magnolia market and downtown Waco\. Fully restored, you'll feel like your staying in one of Joanna's "fixer uppers"\. With a full kitchen, washer and dryer, one King bed and 2 Queen beds, this can be your "home away from home" in the Heart of Waco\.

The Space:
Sleeps 6 people\! Each of the 3 bedrooms has a super\-comfy queen size bed and the master suite has an attached full bathroom\. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom\. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher along with pots, cooking utensils and dishes for cooking up gourmet meals while you're in town\. Large washer/dryer set will take care of your laundry\. And the dining table seats 6 with leaves to expand it to seat up to 10\! Off\-street parking makes sure you don't ever have to fight for a parking spot\. :\-\)

Neighborhood:
The bungalow is within short walking distance of the Magnolia Silos and downtown as well as many restaurants and fast food joints as you walk to towards I\-35\. Chick\-fil\-A, Panera bread, Torchy's Taco's, In and Out Burgers, just to name a few\. One house down from the bungalow is the "Shotgun House" of Fixer\-Upper fame\. It's right across the highway from Baylor University so it makes a great landing pad for visiting students\. 3 blocks off of Interstate 35 makes it easy to find\.

Transit:
Walking will get you to many places but Uber and Lyft are also both available\.
