If the renter's party has more than 6 guests upon check\-in, The Dawn HOA will impose a fine of $50 for EACH DAY of the reservation, and this fine will be charged to the renter at the end of their stay\- NOTE: While this property is directly next to the community pool, there is no ocean view or pool view from the unit\. The pictures are shown in order to showcase the entire complex, not specifically the unit view\- NOTE: Guests must purchase a parking pass upon arrival\. For stays 1\-3 days, it will be $40/vehicle, and stays greater than 3 days will be $50/vehicle\. The parking fee also covers the cost of amenity wristbands
