BEACH HOUSE WITH PRIVATE POOL just finished  in Terra Cotta Terrace\. Walking distance to the dedicated neighborhood beach access\. Private pool\. Sleeps 12\-14\. Beautiful baths and kitchen\. Hardwood floors and tile throughout\. Tropical landscaping with palm trees and a hammock\. Built\-in bunk beds\. This beautiful brand new house will be finished by May 14 and ready for Rental\. It is completely brand from top to bottom\. The 1st floor has one bedroom with a Queen bed, another room with 2 sets of bunk beds that share a bathroom\. On the 2nd floor you have 3 bedrooms\. The Master which has a king bed with a double vanity and walk in shower, 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds with their own bathroom, and 3rd bedroom with a king bed with its own bathroom also\. 

Amenities included with your stay include:
\- One complimentary round of golf with cart at Regatta Bay, per paid night stay\.
\- One complimentary half\-day deep\-sea fishing trip for one adult, per paid night stay\.
\- One complimentary Snorkel tour per unit, per paid night stay\.
