This beautiful, fully renovated home is tastefully decorated and invites you to relax in the sunshine on the large back deck while enjoying a view of the Deschutes River or cook gourmet meals together in the fully stocked kitchen\. The adjacent dining room seats 10, the perfect place to gather for a meal or a game\.  

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are nicely separated for privacy; each bedroom has a Sleep Number mattress and a smart TV\. The queen bed plus twin bunk room has access to the back deck, where you can enjoy grilling and dining outside\. The king bedroom, with en suite bathroom and soaking tub, also has deck access, leading to the enclosed hot tub area where you can enjoy a soak under the stars\. Enjoy the 6 bikes provided on the bike trail with access to over 30 miles of paved pathways meandering through Sunriver just outside your door, and it’s only a few short steps to the paved Deschutes River trail\.
